AMAUS programs share the skills to expand each child's capacity to play and create music easily and confidently. Each course is tailored to make learning music a breeze, with a unique colour-coded system specifically designed for each instrumental course.
Our interactive videos, combined with our ebooks give you all the knowledge, skills and fun exercises to play music quickly and easily, giving parents and carers a whole new and exciting way to connect with their children.
Each program contains 30+ concise and expansive individual interactive online lessons designed to run over six weeks. All laid out with easy-to-understand, clear and concise instructions that allow you to go at your own pace and repeat any lessons or practice any video as many times as you like, providing hours of enjoyment for your child.

The Australian Music School for Autism and Special Interest Learning was asked in a recent interview with Music Australia:
QUESTION: Why are people learning music 3 to 5 times faster online with you?
ANSWER: “I never would have guessed it, and it was not until I started seeing these dramatic improvements with my students every week that it started to all make sense.
Over my career as a music teacher, I have been very lucky to have taught well over 10,000 students. I have crafted the art of teaching the 20 different instruments I teach clearly and efficiently with in-person lessons, which plays a big part in this.
But yes, I have seen a parabolic improvement rate with my students online, at least 3 to 5 times faster than in person. How could this be you ask?
Firstly, I use cutting-edge technology with five different high-definition 4k cameras filming from every angle, close-up, wide angles and more, often multiple camera angles on the screen simultaneously, etc. I also write on the screen with a pen (just like pen on paper), which adds a fantastic personal touch.
I think the biggest game changer is that I record all the lesson notes and videos in real-time for the students to practice with after each lesson. Each student's practice notes and videos are uploaded to their folder, and their weekly practice schedule is ready for them to follow. This changes everything!
Gone are the days of “I can’t remember what you taught me” or “My dog ate my homework”. It’s now simple and fun; simply practice with your personally tailored practice videos every week. This is what changed everything; this is when I saw the improvement rate go through the roof.
I think because it is laid out so clearly for each student, they improve and take on all the information so much quicker.
Plus, the parents love it as they get an online babysitter for a few hours every week, as the kids are entertained with their practice videos and learning music. So good!

Do I need a computer?
No, you can do this course on your phone, tablet, or computer. Whatever device you are most comfortable with is fine. It is always best to have the largest screen to view on, but all options work fine.
How much time do I need to put aside to complete the course tasks?
Around 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week is best if possible. Each student is different, and the courses are specifically designed to be enjoyable and interactive, so all they need to do is keep playing along with the interactive lesson and repeating as needed. Many students get lost in the music and the instrument and spend more time playing than they realise.
