Participants are encouraged to join jam sessions regardless of skill level or instrument access.
Whether using their voices, clapping hands, or playing instruments, these sessions develop gross and fine motor skills, independence, muscle memory, and self-confidence.
It doesn't matter if you bring your drum, guitar or piano, these interactive jam session are an amazing opportunity to simply play, be in the moment and have heaps of fun.
This is a great way to keep kids motivated and inspired to keep playing week after week.
These interactive sessions are often the icing on the cake that inspire people to thrive in their AMSA programs and continue to show up and play more music as well as developing confidence and self belief along the way.

Each week’s live jam sessions are recorded in 4K high-definition quality, often with multi-camera angles to give you the best user experience.
It's always best to attend the online jam sessions when possible; however, every live jam session is uploaded to our private AMSA Online Folder after each session, so you can easily watch in your own time if you ever miss a session.
Kids also often love to do the weekly jams again and again throughout the week, so it is very handy for parents to have access to this.
It's another healthy way to keep kids busy and have fun playing music.

If all your child ever does musically is a few of these lessons and follow's along with what is shared, they will get really good really quickly.
The courses are incredible, and these weekly live session keep my kids extra motivated to play music each week and continue with their musical growth.
Sometimes, they play drums or pots and pans, sometimes they play guitar or piano, it just depends how they feel.
They love that they get to choose their instruments each week just play.
